Welcome to KidsGames in Brisbane!
Excitement is growing as we move closer towards KidsGames here in Brisbane starting in June 2006.
KidsGames is about involving all children in sports competition, games, creative activities, fun learning discovery, compassion, KidsMedia and so much more. Cities and villages around the world have experienced the fun and action of KidsGames, and now it is our turn.
KidsGames is a partnership project that sees churches and community groups running a 5 day program at their locality during the same week of the Winter school holidays.
Or the program can be run over 10 weeks as part of an existing club. The week begins with 12 Opening Ceremonies across the Greater Brisbane area, continues with KidsGames programs happening concurrently at 100+ locations across the city and culminates with a huge Closing ceremony at the RNA Showgrounds. Every child gets a tshirt and a gold medal because every child is a winner. All resources and manuals provided along with a training calendar for all levels of leadership. District Information Events
Events are planned for each of the 12 Districts in the Greater Brisbane area during Term 4 so that you can come to a local venue to find out more of what's involved and meet others who are running a program. Dates and venues will be advertised as they are finalised.
