Dear WAY2GO and other KidsGames contacts,

Have you remembered

to start planning to bring others to

The Events Centre, Queen's Wharf, Wellington on Sat. April 30th, 10 am- 4pm

Somehow we need to make personal contacts with as many as we can to help get people along and to cast the vision for KidsGames next time!

The closing ceremony is gaining momentum so it would be a shame not to have a good crowd of KidsGames + other supporters there. Can you help by telling people you know in the city or even further afield? It will be a great family event full of fun, music, games, celebration, dance, testimony with water bucket races and other great ways to be involved together.

Schedule of events for the Closing Ceremony April 30th

10.00am to 4.00pm

10.00am Parade of KidsGames programmes with banners from Te Papa to Events Centre
10.30am Opening/Interaction followed by fun, games, sports, music, 12x10 relays, World Water Bucket Championships, Paul story elements- dance, drama, music etc, athlete interviews and !??!
4.00pm Closing

Things to note

All programme kids and helpers will need to have name badges in agreed colour, include the name of the Kids Game Group.
Each group will need to be responsible for own kids and their belongings at all times.
To take part in this event you need to plan to be present for the entire day.
Suggested parking is under Queens Wharf or at Te Papa car parks.
