Excitement is growing as we move closer towards KidsGames here in Boston on the week of August / 01 to August / 06 / 2005.
KidsGames is about involving all children in sports competition, games, creative activities, fun learning discovery, compassion, KidsMedia and so much more.
KidsGames not only makes use of traditional and competitive sports but also uses experiential games as part of the teaching curriculum and fun games designed to involve all children.
KidsGames is unique. A sports-based program that also involves children who might not be interested in sport.
Children can become involved in ‘Compassion Projects’ in our local community. And they have the opportunity to win an international award for the KidsGames “Million Hours Project” and “The Best Compassion Award”.
Children with disabilities are included as active participants in KidsGames.
Children with a creative flair can become a part of the KidsGames KidsMedia (in a ‘Kids Press Corps’ or Press Gallery) and be the journalists, artists and photographers covering the KidsGames events. The “Kids Media Awards” are also up for grabs through the KidsGames Worldwide Championship website.
KidsGames provides ways for children to link with kids in other parts of the world through “CityLink” and “KidsLink” partnership opportunities.
Cities and villages around the world have experienced the fun and action of KidsGames, and now it is our turn.
